Pneumatically Actuated Screwed 2 Way Brass Ball Valve with WRAS Approval
Our pneumatically actuated brass ball valve WRAS is suitable for general purpose, HVAC and industrial applications, designed for on/off duty, water isolation, water treatment and compressed air. Actuation is either Spring closed or Double acting and is offered with a range of modular options including limit switches, for local and remote position indication and pilot solenoid valves that fit on the face of the actuator. The automatic valve has been sized with a 30% safety factor built-in, based on a pilot pressure of 5.5 Bar and benefits from a Namur interface for both pilot solenoid valve and switchbox.
An economic actuated pneumatic ball valve, offering a compact and lightweight combination of Volt pneumatic actuator and 2 way brass ball valve. The pneumatic actuators are manufactured from aluminium and have a hard anodised finish. Position indicator, end of stroke adjustment (±5°) and Namur interface are fitted as standard. The Brass ball valves are nickel plated with PTFE seat and are screwed BSP parallel female ends. The valve and actuator fit directly onto each other so no mounting kit is required, thus making the package more compact and cost effective.
The PE4322 is a modular program and designed for cost effective affordable automation. NAMUR and ISO 5211 interfaces are standard which enables position feedback and pilot solenoids to be fitted. Ordering these additions are simple, just go to the PE4322 product page and build your ideal valve.
