Burkert Type 2000 Stainless Steel Angle Seat Valve for Liquids and Gas

Tried and tested this classic type 2000 Stainless Angle Seat Valve for use with liquids and Gas has been use for rugged industrial applications for over 20 years. It can be found in Process plants, hospitals and laundries worldwide as an alternative to actuated ball valves.

This water hammer free piston valve is offered in Stainless steel (for Gunmetal see GL2000) and is designed specifically for use on liquids offering a unique water-hammer free opening function, preventing harmful surges in the pipeline. The construction of the body makes it possible for extremely high flow rates, it has a proven long operating life, patented chevron packing gland seals, coupled with extreme high reliability, makes this valve probably the most superior pneumatic angled seat valve in the market.

Available in sizes G3/8 to G2 ½ with various connections, it is Normally Closed (normally open on request) for fail safe function, offering a maintenance free robust valve that can be retrofitted with a comprehensive range of accessories for position indication, stroke limitation, and manual override. Easy to operate and can be piloted in conjunction with our BP6012 banjo pilot solenoid valve for single use or for multi-use our manifold bank valve type BM6014.

Suitable for slightly aggressive or contaminated fluids including water, alcohol, oils, fuel, hydraulic fluids, alkali solutions and compressed air.
