Details

TLV LEX3N Stainless Steel Thermostatic Temperature Control Steam Trap

The LEX3N thermostatic steam trap is used for the accurate control of condensate discharge temperature in tracing lines. The LEX3N allows the temperature of discharge to be set below the saturation temperature of steam between 50°C - 200°C making it possible to minimise the amount of steam used by using the sensible heat of condensate.

As standard supplied with an integral strainer to prevent fouling by particulates and supplied with a built in scale removal function that requires no disassembly of the steam trap. Stainless Steel construction in sizes ½”, ¾” and 1” with a choice of BSP threaded, flanged and socket weld end connections. The maximum allowable differential pressure of 46BarG and maximum operating temperature of 350°C.
