TLV L21S Thermostatic (Balanced Pressure) Steam Trap

The L21S Thermostatic steam trap from TLV employs a built in strainer for equipment protection and a thermo-liquid filled X-element thermostatic unit. The x-element discharges cold condensate, cold and hot air to be discharged encouraging the inflow of steam and reducing start up times as a result.

Maximum allowable differential pressure of 21 BarG and a maximum operating temperature of 300°C. Available in Carbon Steel body sizes ½”, ¾” and 1” with end connection options including BSP threaded, socket weld and flanged. Suitable for duties with discharge 100 to 750kg/h is required (actual figure depends on differential pressure across the steam trap).
