TLV F46 Quick Trap Station Universal Connector

Part of the QuickTrap series of products the F46 from TLV is an in-line connector. Constructed from stainless steel with an integral strainer to protect equipment, the F46 features the QuickTrap universal flange with a two bolt connection system allowing the easy replacement of a steam trap and correct installation position regardless of piping orientation.

Available in stainless steel sizes 1/2" to 1" with BSP Screwed, Socket weld and Flanged connections. The actual operating conditions are limited by the trap unit selection however the theoretical maximum operating points are 46 BarG for pressure and 425°C.

For a full trapping station, a QuickTrap steam trap unit is also required, where you have a choice of the Free Float Traps (S3 and S5), Thermodynamic (P46UC) or Thermostatic (L32). Alternatively, the full station, including the F46 In-Line Connector, is available for purchase with Free Float (FS3 and FS5), Thermodynamic (FP46UC) and Thermostatic (FL32) options.
