Our Stainless-Steel Solenoid Valve is a Direct Acting valve and is therefore suitable for use on systems where no pressure is present using only the valves internal workings to isolate the media, unlike servo assisted valves that require a minimum pressure differential across the valve. The function of this valve is Normally Closed and when power is applied it will open. Offered in sizes from 1/2" to 2" it is designed for use with contaminated or slightly aggressive media. Applications that include vacuum, low pressure, gravity fed and open loop systems.

The solenoid valve consists of a CF8M Stainless Steel body and a choice of FKM, EPDM or NBR seals.
