Pneumatic Actuated Carbon Steel ANSI 150 Ball Valve

An economy ball valve fitted with a powerful pneumatic actuator. The valve features a 2-piece, full-bore, carbon steel body, TFM1600 seats, and graphite seals. Available in sizes: ½” (DN15), ¾” (DN20), 1” (DN25), 1½” (DN40), 2” (DN50), 3” (DN80), and 4” (DN100) with ANSI 150 flanges. The valve is suitable for saturated steam up to 12 bar. Ball valve is certified NACE MR0175, Fire Safe API 607 4th edition, and ATEX approved.
Supplied pre-fitted with a powerful pneumatic actuator, available as either single (spring return) or double acting. The actuators have a proven track record with over 20 years of trouble-free operation throughout the UK and Europe and is found to be robust, reliable and ideal for automatic control. Actuator can be fully customised; with switchboxes, proximity switches, solenoid pilot valves and speed control devices. Actuator working temperature range of -20°C to 80°C, pressure range of 10 bar and a cycle life of 1,000,000 operations.
