Pneumatic Actuated Bray Series 20 Wafer Butterfly Valve - Stainless Steel Disc & PTFE Lined HT-EPDM Liner
The Pneumatic Actuated Bray series 20 resilient seated buttery valve surpasses the high standards required in food & beverage and chemical applications.
The valve features a wafer body design with flange locating holes, with a one-piece disc/stem that provides excellent shutoff protection (bubble-tight shutoff) and high Cv values with exceptionally long service life.
PTFE lined HTEPDM seats consist of a PTFE liner which forms the flange sealing faces and the flow way of the seats which are moulded on to HTEPDM elastomer backings. HTEPDM is a proprietary rubber blend offered by Bray to increase the thermal resistance properties of standard EPDM and is formulated to provide long term service at elevated temperatures.
