Hygienic Check Valve

Our Hygienic (Sanitary) Check Valve is a non return valve, used in food processing and process applications; offering high flow rates in one direction only, preventing back flow.

Features a 316 Stainless Steel body, piston and spring with EPDM seal.

Key features:

  • Available in sizes: 1" to 4" OD weld ends.
  • Maximum pressure: 150 PSI / 10 Bar.
  • Internal finish to 0.4 micron.

Joint seals in our hygienic valves are free from dead zones, removing the risk of bacteria and debris build up.

Alternative end connections available upon request (POA).
