TLV V2 Quick Trap Connector with Isolation Valves on Inlet & Outlet

Part of the QuickTrap series of products the V2 from TLV is an in-line connector. Constructed from stainless steel with an integral strainer and bellows sealed isolation valves, the V2 features the QuickTrap universal flange with a two bolt connection system allowing the safe, quick and easy replacement of a steam trap and correct installation position regardless of piping orientation (direction of flow does need to be selected to ensure correct operation of the isolation valves). By including the isolation valve on the inlet and outlet, space and time are saved on the initial installation and any maintenance that may need to be carried out.

Available in stainless steel sizes 1/2" to 1" with BSP Screwed, Socket Weld and Flanged connections. The actual operating conditions are limited by the trap unit selection, however the theoretical maximum operating points are 46 BarG for pressure and 400°C.

For a full trapping station, a QuickTrap steam trap unit is also required, where you have a choice of the Free Float Traps (S3 and S5), Thermodynamic (P46UC) or Thermostatic (L32).
