Hygienic Pressure Relief Valve

Our hygienic (sanitary) pressure relief valve is used in food processing and process applications where over pressure must be discharged to avoid damage to plant and/or
personnel. Pressure relief or safety valves are specifically designed to prevent risks and potential failure caused by pressure surges within the line.

Suitable for installation in dairy, food, beverage, pharmaceutical and fine chemical manufacturing facilities due to its hygienic design. The valve features AISI 316 stainless steel wetted parts, and manually adjustable outlet pressure from 0 to 6 Bar with the standard spring, operated in the normally closed position.

Available in sizes: 1” (DN25), 1 1/2” (DN40), and 2” (DN50), with OD weld ends. The valve has an internal finish of RA<0.8um, joint seals are free from dead zones, removing the risk of bacteria and debris build up.

Maximum inlet pressure: 10 Bar, and 0 to 10 Bar relieving pressure; please note that the valve is not set prior to despatch. Alternative end connections available upon request (POA).
