The Industrial range of Electric Actuated Butterfly Valves are ideal for automatic on/off operation of flow in a fluid handling system. This PVC-U valve is used for a range of Aggressive chemicals, Water Treatment with potable water, food and beverage and Industrial applications that require high performance and long-term reliability.

The valve body is manufactured in durable PP-H – GR and offered in sizes ranging from 2 1/2"- 8" (DN65-DN225). Offered with a polypropylene body, PVC-U Disc and EPDM Liner, gives you perfect choice to suit the needs of your process.

The actuator is supplied, fitted and tested to your valve selection, offering a powerful yet compact unit. High quality components Limit switches manual override and optical indicator are supplied as standard all in various voltages. The actuator varies between two models type 3003 and 3005 and optional additions can be added for Fail safe battery (in the event of power failure the actuator closes the valve), Modulation and actuators for EX environments.

PVC-U Un plasticised Polyvinyl Chloride is probably the most used plastic on pipe installations. It is strong and rigid, it is lightweight and easy to install for both above or below the ground. PVC-U is odourless, has good chemical resistance and is tasteless. PVC-U is suitable for use at temperatures from 0°C up to 60°C
