Pneumatic Actuated High Temperature Carbon Steel Ball Valve
Air actuated carbon steel ball valve with options for BSP and socket weld end connections.
Designed specifically for isolation on steam lines up to 200°C at 13 Bar Max. This fully encapsulated heavy duty ball valve and pneumatic actuator is the perfect combination in meeting todays industry standards.
Comprising of a three piece Carbon Steel fully maintainable ball valve, with TFM 4215 Sealing . The valve offers a high cycle life and has self adjusting packing glands. The valve has a mounting pad that fits directly onto an extended heat dissipating bracket, because of the temperatures involved and is driven by either a single or double acting pneumatic actuator. Universal mounting platforms are offered as standard for position feedback, pilot solenoids and gearbox override.
A 30% safety factor is included when sizing, offering reliable and safe operation.
