Economy Pneumatic Actuated High Temperature Flanged Ball Valve
Economy Air actuated high temperature ball valve with options for PN16 or ANSI 150 Flanges. Perfectly suitable for the isolation (on/off control only) of steam. The valve is full bore and fully maintainable with spare seal kits readily available.
The seats are known as TFM 4215 which basically is a high performance High temperature seat suitable for maximum temperatures of 200C at Max 13 Bar (see temperature/pressure graph for correct and safe parameters) Â
The valve is fitted to a powerful pneumatic spring return, spring open or double acting actuator, sized at 5,5 Bar pilot air (this is the pressure of air needed to open the pneumatic actuator) and a bracket is fitted between the valve and actuator to avoid creeping heat (heat dissipating extension).
Configurable options include limit switches, solenoid valves and positioners.
In addition, our pneumatic quarter turn rack and pinion actuator is sized with a 30% safety factor built-in and benefits from a Namur interface for both pilot solenoid valve and switchbox.
If you are unsure about piloting the actuator please ask one of our technical advisors, who will be happy to help and could offer many options on piloting pneumatic actuators.
