Economy Pneumatic Actuated 3 Way Stainless Steel Ball Valve

An economical 3-way stainless steel, reduced-bore, ball valve mounted to a powerful pneumatic actuator suitable for isolation of flowing media being suitable for industrial and chemical applications. The valve features RPTFE seats, and PTFE seals. The valve offers reliable and trouble free operation and features a blow-out stem. The valve is available in sizes 1/4” (DN8), 3/8” (DN10), 1/2” (DN15), 3/4” (DN20), 1” (DN25), 1 1/4” (DN32), 1 1/2” (DN40), and 2” (DN50), with screwed BSPP end connections. The valve is pressure rated at 1000 PSI (WOG). Supplied pre-fitted with an pneumatic actuator suitable for use when high cycling or fast operation is needed. Available as double acting or spring return with the spring return/spring open being used for fail safe applications. The actuator features Namur and feedback interfaces, and supplied fitted with a position indicator, can be customised and fitted with switchboxes, proximity switches, solenoid
pilot valves, speed control devices, and gearboxes. We offer a range of proportional control units that can be fitted to the actuator, accepting 4-20mA, 0-10 volt and 3-15 psi signals. The actuator complies with ISO 5211, and carry ATEX, PED, CE & SIL approval.
