All Stainless Steel Pneumatic Actuated Butterfly Valve

This corrosion resistant stainless steel pneumatic actuator and stainless steel butterfly valve combination, offers a reliable and powerful actuated isolation valve.

The stainless steel actuator is ATEX and SIL2 approved and has CE certification, it is available in double and single acting functions and used for high cycling or fast operation when called for. It is also available with a mirror finish option.

The stainless steel butterfly valve features a 316 stainless steel designed body and disc for corrosive and aggressive environments with a PTFE resilient seated liner (with options for other liner materials on request).

This wafer pattern butterfly valve will fit between PN6/10/16, ANSI 150, table D and E flanges.

Option extras include switchboxes, proximity switches, solenoid pilot valves and speed control devices and gearboxes as a modular program. We also offer a range of proportional control units that can be fitted to the actuator, accepting 4-20mA, 0-10 volt and 3-15 psi signals.
