Do you accept international customers?

YES! As the UK’s leading online valve supplier, we are proud to supply valves to a wide variety of countries around the world. The most common countries include France, Germany, Spain, Malta, The Netherlands, Greece, the USA, Canada, UAE, Indonesia, Nigeria, Australia, New Zealand, and many more.

How does shipping work for internationl customers?

We like to give our international customers the option of either Ex-works collection or our International express shipping service. Often our customers would like to arrange their shipping to ensure a stress-free and prompt delivery, we handle the collection from a courier of your choice. Our ex-works collection is free for all of our international customers.

How much does shipping cost for UK customers?

Our Standard UK mainland delivery is £16.95. We only use reputable and highly respected couriers such as DPD, DHL, Parcelforce, and FedEx. All our orders are also insured to ensure that our customers will always receive your orders quickly and consistently. Weekend and same working day delivery are also available upon request.

When will I receive my order?

For our UK mainland customers, all items that are Ex-stock are guaranteed to be delivered the next working day anywhere within the UK mainland (subject to the order being placed before 4 PM). For an additional fee, we can arrange weekend deliveries and same-day deliveries (subject to your location within the UK).

For our International customers within the EU, orders are generally delivered within 2-3 working days. For our international customers outside of the EU, please kindly get in touch with our friendly sales team by phone or email for a delivery time.

When will I receive my actuated valves?

We are actuation experts and deliver any quantity (subject to availability) of actuated valves within 2-3 working days. Our actuated valve packages will require one additional working day as every order that leaves our Valves Online HQ, is put through a rigorous fit and test process to ensure the highest standards of operation.

My order has not arrived what should I do?

It is very rare that any of our orders do not arrive on time. Should you have any queries please kindly get in touch with our friendly sales team by phone or email who will be able to provide you with live tracking information.

Only part of my order has arrived what should I do?

With over 70,000 individual SKU numbers, Valves Online has the largest online valve product ranges in the UK. We have several distribution centres in the UK. We will endeavour to send an order with multiple items together but there is the chance that we can partially ship your order. 99.9% of times both partial shipments will arrive on the same day.

Can I return an item?

Our customers can return an item. At Valves Online we aim to make the processing of returns and replacements as fast as possible. Can I cancel an order?

Under UK and EU law, customers are given a 14-day cooling-off period. If any of our customers change their minds about buying a product from Valves online, you can cancel the contract within 14 days without any reason or penalty charges.
