Hygienic Pressure Relief Valve

Our Hygienic (Sanitary) Pressure Relief Valve is used in food processing and process applications where over pressure must be discharged in order to avoid damage to plant and / or personnel. Pressure relief or safety valves are specifically designed to prevent risks and potential failure caused by pressure surges within the line.

Suitable for installation within dairy, food, beverage, pharmaceutical and fine chemical manufacturing facilities due to its hygienic design.

Features AISI 316 Stainless Steel, manually adjustable from 0 to 6 bar and operated in the normally closed position. Available in sizes: 1" to 2" OD weld ends.

Key features:

• Pressure range: manually adjustable from 0 to 6 Bar.
• Maximum inlet pressure: 10 Bar.
• Internal finish: RA<0.8um.

Joint seals in our hygienic valves are free from dead zones, removing the risk of bacteria and debris build up.

Alternative end connections available upon request (POA).
